In the deluge after Katrina, Banks Street in New Orleans suffered neither the worst flooding in town nor the least. As such, it’s a bellwether block in a bellwether neighborhood; as goes Banks Street, so probably will go the Mid City district, and New Orleans itself.Save to My Web
